Terms of Service
1. What Miirae Core is
Miirae Core ("the Service") analyzes text you provide — a conversation with our interviewer, pasted writing, uploaded documents, or a public link — to produce a Cognitive Capability Inference (CCI) report describing skills, tendencies, and possible future work directions. The report is a decision-support estimate, not a certified assessment, medical/psychological diagnosis, or hiring decision.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you submit. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Do not submit content you have no right to share, upload others' personal data without a lawful basis, or attempt to disrupt the Service. Team administrators may only invite people they are authorized to enroll.
4. Reports and interpretation
Reports are probabilistic and reflect only the evidence provided in a session. They should not be the sole basis for consequential decisions about a person.
5. Team / organization use
Where an organization enrolls members, the organization is the data controller for that use and Miirae Core acts as processor (see the DPA outline). Individual reports are shown to administrators only in anonymized aggregate unless the member consents to a named view.
6. Availability & liability

We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in-product and reflected in the version above.
